NDMU is partnering with BetterMynd to provide a variety of virtual wellbeing workshops to all NDMU students. These workshops are live and facilitated by mental health professionals. Students may register via BetterMynd.com.

Topics vary and can include:

  • Adjusting to college
  • Relationships and boundary setting
  • Time management
  • Depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses
  • ADHD
  • Overcoming failure
  • Mindful eating]
  • General wellness tips
